This upgrade replaces the stock plastic charge pipe with durable 2.5″ cold side and 2.25″ hot side mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing, improving airflow and increasing air volume for better acceleration, fuel efficiency, towing capability, and long-term dependability. Designed in Solidworks, the two-piece configuration ensures a simple installation process while accommodating engine movement. The pipe connects seamlessly to the factory intercooler using a quick-connect system, and installation requires no modifications or tuning, avoiding CEL light issues.
The kit includes a CNC-machined billet flange, a bung for the auxiliary sensor, and HPS high-temperature 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers with stainless steel T-bolt clamps for secure connections.
