Specs & Features
- Raised Fill Point: Chase Bays offers a unique raised fill point, lifting the fill neck 3.75″ (95.25mm) from the lower fitting to the cap seal, with a total height of 5.25″ (133.35mm). This helps solve air bubble issues in engines where the radiator fill point is lower than the coolant passages, ensuring better bleeding and preventing overflow.

Modular Design: The inlet and outlet feature -20AN female ORB threads with adapters for a variety of applications:
- 1.38″ hose connection (SR20DET, 1JZ-GTE/2JZ-GTE, Honda, Subaru, Toyota)
- 1.5″ hose connection (RB20/25/26, GM LS V8, KA24DE)
- -16AN (1″ inner diameter)
- -20AN (1.25″ inner diameter)

Product Description
The Chase Bays Raised Inline Filler Neck is a game-changer for car enthusiasts, especially those dealing with engine swaps and challenging coolant systems. Designed to elevate the fill point by 3.75 inches, it tackles the persistent issue of air bubbles in cooling systems, which often occur because the radiator’s fill point is lower than the coolant passages in the cylinder head or heater core. This innovative solution prevents the overflow and air accumulation problems that traditional coolant bleeding kits can’t solve, making it a unique feature in the market. Crafted from durable 6061 billet aluminum, the filler neck is bead blasted, anodized semi-gloss black, and laser-etched with the Chase Bays logo in white. Installation is flexible: weld directly to the upper water neck or connect using a short hose. The total height is 5.25 inches, and it includes a Type A Radiator Cap, common in many imports, with an optional Chase Bays cap available. The overflow port features 1/8 NPT threads and a 1/4 Hose Barb connection. This combination of practicality and style ensures efficient coolant system maintenance and adds a sleek touch to your engine bay.
