The Chase Bays Power Steering Kit for BMW E30 eliminates common factory issues like leaks, fluid spillover, and overheating, while enhancing aesthetics and durability. This kit features a 100% upgraded A.N. fitting replacement for the stock reservoir and hoses, from the reservoir to pump to rack. At its core is the over-engineered Triple-Baffled Power Steering Reservoir, designed to prevent aeration and spillover. It includes an optional black aluminum heatsink cooler for easy installation and improved airflow. Constructed from 6061 aluminum, the reservoir is anodized black with a laser-etched cap and uses the Delrin Shim Bracket for convenient mounting. The kit’s high-pressure hose is -6AN stainless steel with a Teflon PTFE lining and black PVC coating, while the other hoses are abrasion-resistant, nylon-sheathed, and stainless steel reinforced, all featuring high-end black aluminum fittings.
