- High-end black aluminum AN fittings and crush washers provide a larger surface sealing area than stock.

This kit offers a 100% upgraded A.N. fitting replacement for the stock reservoir and hoses, from the reservoir to the pump to the rack. At its core is Chase Bays’s over-engineered Triple-Baffled Power Steering Reservoir, which is aeration and spillover proof. It optionally includes a black aluminum heatsink cooler that mounts easily for additional airflow. Chase Bays uses top-quality components, including a 6061 aluminum, anodized black reservoir with a laser-etched cap, and a Delrin Shim Bracket for easy installation using the OE BMW bracket, making it compatible with nearly any BMW model. The kit is designed for use with E36, Z3, and E46 steering racks only, as E30 steering racks have proven problematic. The Triple-Baffled Power Steering Reservoir underwent extensive research and development to prevent aeration and spillover, slowing down fluid return pressures from 120psi to 12psi in just two inches of fluid motion, ensuring no turbulence. The high-pressure rack to pump hose is -6AN stainless steel with a Teflon PTFE lining and black PVC coating, while the other hoses are abrasion-resistant, black nylon sheathed, and stainless steel reinforced, all featuring high-end black aluminum AN fittings.
